4 things I would do now to land an interview in 3 weeks

I am not a believer in the high and low season for hiring.

I got some of my jobs in the summer, some in Nov - Dec, and the other one I got in January.

So it doesn’t depend on a season, but on the company’s goals at the moment.

So if you thought that November and December were not the best time to apply for jobs, network, and land an offer - you were wrong 🙂

It is possible at any time of the year. Even right before Christmas.

Here are the 4 key action items I would do if I need to land a job ASAP:

1. Define Target

• Set specific compensation, work model, and company requirements

• Choose 2-3 target job titles

• List 20-30 initial companies

2. Research & Shortlist

• Research each company (compensation, culture, roles)

• Narrow to top 7 companies that fit your requirements

• Validate final 5 targets with roles and requirements

3. Prepare Materials

• Update LinkedIn profile with JD keywords

• Create role-specific resumes for these 5 targets

• Build 5-slide value portfolio

4. Network Strategically

• Send 15-20 personalized connections daily

• Conduct 1-2 focused 15-20 minute calls per day

• Track progress
