How to get on track with your goals?

Draw a Balance Circle.
Split it into 10 areas of your life (health, career, money, relationships, fun, etc.).

Score each area from 1 to 10.
Be honest. No one's watching. Rate how fulfilled or balanced you feel in each.Pick your lowest 3.
These are the areas that need your love and attention.
Focus on improving them for the next 90 days.Every 2 weeks:
Check in.
Adjust your actions.
Review what’s working (or not).
This method beats the “set and forget” approach 100% of the time.
Your goals don’t need more ambition.
They need more structure.
