how & where to find hiring manager for the role

Hey friend,

Today I am sharing something very important - how to find recruiters & hiring managers when you applying for jobs.

As the strategy is NOT hit easy to apply or just apply and then praying it will work. It may work at some point, but why not to boost your job search strategy.

STEP 1 :

Find recruiters / HRs who are hiring for the role & reach out to them:
1) Go to company page , click on “People”

2) Filter the result by selecting country, and writing their title “recruiter” or “talent acquisition” or “HR”, “Human Resources”

3) Find 2-3 people with relevant titles & reach out always.

STEP 2 :

Now, it’s time to find a hiring manager , a person who is hiring for the role.

It’s usually a person who is more senior to the role you apply.

So if you applying for PM role, hiring manager could be a Senior Project Manager.

If you applying for Senior PM role, hiring manager could be PMO Director etc.

The goal is to look for couple people who might be the hiring manager, reach out if they are, if not, find out who they are. How? I share at LinkedIn outreach templates 

STEP 3 :

Then, you need to find a future colleagues/team members at the company to invite for a call and add them to the network to build relationships.

It’s easy to do

1) Go to company’s “People” section

2) Find “What they do” , click on Program & Project Management

3) Sort by country, select country where you apply for a role

4) Reach out to relevant titles of “Project Manager” or “Senior PM” , “Program Manager” etc.
